Updated: May 30, 2018

The 2014 Kitchen and Bath Industry Show (KBIS) was held February 4-6 at the Las Vegas Convention Center as part of Design and Construction Week. Co-hosted with the International Builders’ Show, KBIS highlights the latest trends and newest products and technologies offered in the industry. For the last fifty years, KBIS has been the leading voice of the kitchen and bath world, and continues to inspire the industry.

National Kitchen and Bath Association had amazing space with tons of great presentation and wonderful speakers. Its a pleasure to be part of this organization. It was a pleasure to meet and listen Alison Victoria what a great kitchen designer.

This year, KBIS showcased a variety of products and in conjunction with the IBS and the International Window Coverings Expo, offered many more events and things to see. From light switches to tiles, and cabinetry to countertops, the plethora of design offerings was apparent at first glance.

One of the brands strongly represents at KBIS 2014 was Wilsonart, maker of fine decorative surfaces for kitchens and baths. The marbled appearance and decorative edging available on their Bianco Romano and Café di Pesco countertops, along with Old Mill Oak style surfacing provided a great example of many of Wilsonart’s available products.

One of the most popular products for kitchens and bathrooms are mosaic tiles and tile back-splashes, both of which were greatly represented at the show. Voguebay, a glass mosaic tile manufacturer, displayed several products suited to fit any décor. With colors in neutral tones, calming blues, and serene greens, the tiles feature different textures and geometric shapes that add visual dimension to the room.

Urrea highlighted their Orion line, which adds a bit of intelligence to your bathroom, with modern design and faucet technology. Delta also stepping into the game, showcasing their faucet designs with a light up exhibit that attracted people from afar.
